Return Policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS

YOUR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE FOLLOWING TIME FRAMES:

Regular-priced merchandise: 30 days following the date of the purchase or the date of shipment in the case of an online purchase.
Promotional and/or sale merchandise: 15 days following the date of the purchase or the date of shipment in the case of an online purchase.

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY

Product condition: All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed, and the original price tags must still be attached. If applicable, the hygienic protection sticker must not have been removed. La Vie en Rose reserves the right to refuse any return of goods if the conditions are not respected.

Refunds: Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase. Failure to present the original payment card will result in a refund using a la Vie en Rose gift card.

Promotion: The return of items purchased during a promotion may void the conditions relating to this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.

Gift card: A lost or stolen gift card cannot be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.

Price adjustment: La Vie en Rose does not offer price adjustments.


ONLINE PURCHASES

MAIL RETURN PROCEDURES

A return label will be included in the parcel of all shipped orders. All items returned by mail must use this return label. The amount of $9.00 + tax will be deducted from the total of your refund.

If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the returned items must be associated with their initial return label. If you wish to return items from several different packages, these items should not be returned together.

  1. Please complete the return form provided with your order or click here to download the printable version of the return form;
  2. Include the completed form along with the merchandise you wish to return in the original packaging or in a secure packaging;
  3. Affix the return label on the packaging, taking care to hide the original shipping label, if applicable;
  4. Drop off the package at a post office near you and keep the carrier's tracking number;
  5. If the items you wish to return come from different packages, repeat the above steps for each package.

Generally, you will receive your refund within 24 to 72 hours of us receiving your return at our distribution center. This time frame may vary due to a high volume and/or depending on your financial institution.

IN-STORE RETURN PROCEDURES

Please head to your nearest store with the following required items:

  1. The original packing slip:
    If your order was shipped in multiple shipments, please ensure you have the packaging slip for the items you wish to return or exchange;
  2. The credit card used when ordering:
    If you paid for your purchase by PayPal, the amount will be refunded to you by means of a la Vie en Rose gift card;
  3. The items you wish to return or exchange.

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY

Exchange: It is possible to exchange an item purchased online by visiting a la Vie en Rose boutique. Find your closest store.

Final sale: Sales are final for body products and items sold for the Roses of Hope Foundation.

PayPal: If you paid for your purchase by PayPal and the item is returned in store, the return amount will be refunded to you by means of a la Vie en Rose gift card.

Shipping and handling charges: Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is returned because it is defective, or la Vie en Rose is at fault.

Damaged of defective merchandise: Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned by mail only. Shipping and handling charges will then be refunded. Please contact our customer service at 1-877-328-7673 for more information.


IN-STORE PURCHASES

IN-STORE RETURN PROCEDURES

Please head to your nearest store with the following required items:

  1. The original receipt or gift receipt;
  2. The payment method used during your purchase;
  3. The items you wish to return or exchange.

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY

Original receipt: In order to obtain a refund, the original receipt is essential. If the original receipt is not presented, it will be possible to exchange the item for an item of value equal to the last ticketed sale price in store. No receipt will be issued for this exchange.

Gift receipt: Upon presentation of a gift receipt, it will be possible to exchange the items or obtain a refund of value equal to the original purchase price on a la Vie en Rose gift card.

Final sale: Sales are final for body products and items sold for the Roses of Hope Foundation. Also, for hygienic reasons, it is not possible for us to refund or exchange panties, shapewear, and swimwear bottoms.

Mail return: Merchandise purchased in store must be returned or exchanged in store. However, it is possible to make the return or exchange in a different store from the one where the purchase was made. Find a store near you.
