BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT WEBSITES

This website is the only official la Vie en Rose transactional website in Canada. We have recently been informed that other websites are attempting to copy the official la Vie en Rose website and entice customers to make purchases. These websites are not authorized by la Vie en Rose brand sites or resellers.  La Vie en Rose is making significant efforts to shut down these fraudulent sites but will not be held responsible for any damages of any kind or loss related to the visit or use of a fraudulent website and/or the purchase of unauthorized merchandise advertised on it.

PURCHASING POLICY

  1. The price for each product ordered is the price displayed on the website.

  2. The total number of items allowed per transaction is 16.

  3. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Packages are shipped by either Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator.

  4. The shipping and transportation costs and applicable sales taxes are not included in the price.

  5. La Vie en Rose reserves the right to modify at any time, without notice, the prices of the products shown on the website.

  6. All prices are in Canadian dollars ($ CAD).

  7. Product prices advertised on the website may differ from the prices in Boutique La Vie en Rose Inc. locations.

  8. In the event of an error following an online order, you will be contacted by email or phone and an adjustment will be made, if applicable. For example, if a product is not available, there is an error in the collection of taxes, or a product is recalled.

  9. A gift card cannot be purchased with another gift card.

  10. A traditional gift card purchased online will be sent by mail and a signature is required at the delivery address. Traditional gift cards are rechargeable in-store only.

  11. E-gift cards will sent by email immediately and received within minutes. E-gift cards are not rechargeable.

  12. La Vie en Rose gift cards can only be used on the Canadian website and in our Canadian stores.

  13. Online purchases cannot be cancelled or modified once they are in our systems. Please make a new order for the right size or colour and return the incorrect order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY POLICY

  1. La Vie en Rose does not guarantee, under any circumstances, the availability of products offered online. If La Vie en Rose cannot deliver a product ordered due to insufficient inventory, you will be notified by email or phone.

  2. La Vie en Rose is not responsible for any inconvenience or any loss due to non-availability of a product or service.
